This was a grade II listed building that had been converted into offices in the 1980’s.

We completely rebuilt the core of the building, leaving only the external masonry, converting the property into 6 spacious flats. We had to maintain the clocktower in place throughout which was a challenge to our temporary works designer…

Many original features were restored to the property and the clock tower was painstakingly restored with the original gold numerals and an updated mechanism; the original mechanism remains in situ.
