We were approached by Simon Gill Architects to refurbish a house on behalf of their client. There were many challenges during the construction phase, especially in light of the pandemic but we were able to deliver the property in time for the client to take occupation.

​A side extension and loft extension were added with the inclusion of a substantial architectural glass roof to the side extension. There were a number of, client led, technical installations that were challenging but were managed successfully.
