This Victorian terraced house had not been updated since the 1960’s.

We excavated a substantial basement, with ample head height, to give a light and airy feeling with lightwells at the front and back.

We built an extension to the back of the property, added a room to the first floor and extended the loft to create a 5 bed, 5 bath family home which was approximately twice the floor area of the original.
